I have two questions, is there a L&R mounting pad for the 69/70 Rear Spoiler Supports?
and do the D1ZZ-6344228-A gaskets still apply to 69/70?
Thanks

According to the MPC, the 69/70 was serviced in 1975 with 1970 parts, D0ZB-6344228-B and D0ZB-6344229-B. I would assume that these replaced a 1969 version.

For 71 up the D1ZB-6344228-A and D1ZB-6344229-A were used. These 1971 parts do not apply to 69/70.

NPD lists part 44228-1A for all 69-73 Mustangs. I would assume that they are more generic in nature than the Ford pieces based on the wide applicability.

A 69/70 concours judge might be able to pick these things out from 20 feet away. Perhaps someone with that level of expertise will chime in. The other option is to look at concoursmustang.com

Looking at this again, I see that the D0 version was not available at all in the 1975 MPC, only the D1 version was available. So my statement was that 69/70 was serviced is not correct. But they were part of the D0OZ-6344210-A spoiler kit.

Yes I looked at all of those listings too, I’m still confused as to the L&R numbers
I have a pair of NOS D1ZZ-6344228-A gaskets, but I don’t want to open them if there
Not intended for a 70’
