Does anyone know what the differences between '69 and '70 front splash shields are? The repro houses list '69-'70 splash shields as common, the MPC lists different part numbers for the front shields.

The fronts (extension side) are different, the 69 has a bubble for the head light if I recall correctly. I've never tried to interchange them though.
The rear may very well be the same?

No direct experience with the 69 front splash shields, but there is a repro set on ebay right now and it looks like they are different from the 70 front shields. Looks like there is a bubble for the headlight

Funny, I recognize that e-bay ad!
This is a repro set that I ended up with. I posted them as '69-'70, which is how they are marked. I never stopped to ask whether '69s and '70's were different, but a couple of interested purchasers did. Thanks for the pictures, though, the splash shields for the Boss are under the Boss (buried in the garage for the winter), and I don't know where the fronts for the 'vert are. I know, I need to clean up my pats storage, they're probably on the bottom of the pile, since they were an early part to come off the car.
