What is the boot(luggage compartment)divider made of?My'69 S/R was a basket case & it was not in the boxes. Down here there are'nt many '69's I can view,so I'm flying blind here. I'll have to knock one up myself so any hints would be appreciated. It's not the fold down setup

Not for one moment would I risk the relationship built up between our 2 great nations over years of standing shoulder to shoulder through thick and thin, by using a term that could in any way be interupted as insulting.
If any offence was taken by our comrades in arms and supporters in peace,I am truely and profoundly sorry .
I throw myself on the altar of brotherly love built on the scarafices of the heroes of our joint past and beg forgiveness *G*

I don't understand your question. The metal piece which the rear seatback mounts on formed the divider between my trunk and passenger compartment. The package tray, which extends from the rear seat back, parallel to the floor, to the touch the back glass at the rear of the "fastback" is made out of a cardboard type substance. Since I now have a fold down rear seat, I do not need the package tray I have. If you need it, email me. Otherwise, I do not know the part you are referring to.

sure it's fun, but it's only a car.

Thanks for clearing that up.A couple of compartments I've seen had a divider between the wheel arches, behind the rear seat back, but they must have beem custom made.I have the parcel shelf & appreciate the offer.Glad to see you made it over here.

Welcome Larry. Good to have another Aussie on the Forum. Sounds like a nice collection of Fords that you have.

Why do I get the feeling you are doling out a bit of what normally flows through those septics? /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif Remember, we were both viewed by our stiff-upper-lip cousins as unfit for polite company, so we're supposed to stick together! You wouldn't want us to tell Congress that Aussies are stealing too many Mustangs and costing American restorers their jobs, now would you? /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
