1 of 2 possibilities; it's a 428 and the idiot doesn't realize the difference, or a PO put a 429 in it and he bought it thinking it was original. I really hate it when someone has a collectable (or at least notable) car and doesn't know what it is they have. Call it a pet peeve, but I think if you're going to drop serious $$ on owning something like this you should at least know what engine it has, if it's original, or if it was even available for that model.
