Did anybody ever replace the quarter skin on a 69 fastback and have a problem replacing the side scoops. I'm having a great deal of trouble making them fit good? I think I should of cut the panel lower and left the pockets alone.. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Do you have the quater skin welded in place already? If so you might have to go back and cut lose some of the welds to tweek the skin to the form you need...been there, done that! The repro skins are close but NOT right.

The door jam welds are just tacked in, I was thinking about grinding a couple loose and rework that area a little..
