I'm running a C4 tranny and don't have the neutral safety sw. option. What did Ford use in '69 for a switch? Was it on the shifter or on the tranny? I know mine originally came with a FMX.
there is a 4 pin connector close to the top center of the firewall, under the hood that goes to the neutral/backup light switch.
you should need a 69 C4 switch. it mounts on the tranny (between the shift lever and the kickdown lever on the tranny) and has a long harness that comes up to and plugs into the 4 pin connector at the firewall
