70 A/C Pulley/Clutch Color

Just picked up a rebuilt A/C clutch/Pulley and its painted silver. Shouldn't it be semi-gloss black.

Mark, the AC clutch should be argent silver, the bolt can be cadmium, zinc plated or natural. The clutch pulley can be either argent silver as the clutch is or it can be semi-gloss black. This information comes form the 1964 1/2-1973 Mustang Detailing Guide by K.A. Helms. It's a great reference for this kind of stuff.
