Due to my work, I've seen car's that have been sumberged in muddy water, pulled out and dried; this looks like one of them based on the engine and interior shots but an inspection would tell for sure....

WOO! Looks like that baby has spent some time under water. You were smart to pass on that for that kind of money. She would need a full resto. I would think a grand would be a better buy, but it would have to be about $500 for me to walk away with it. Now if its a CJ car, or if it was a boss, or shelby?????? Then I would bite.
