Hey gang,

Because I did not take my car apart and I am finding the assembly manuals a bit ambiguous, I need some help. This is a fast back non foldown rear seat. Is there a panel or anything that goes between the back of the rear seat and the trunk area. I am certain that there would be something and in some of the diagrams there seems to be, but I am not sure if those picture represent a foldown application.

Thanks!
Steve

Mine had a black metal panel that was hinged at the bottom and folded down in to back seat area when unbolted. I was behind the seat and there was insulation between it and the seat back. I looked for a pic but cant find any. Sorry

Non fold down seat set ups are pretty simple
there is a steel package tray that screws to the rear panel [it can hold speakers as well]
below rear of back glass[about 8 screws i think]
the front of the tray screws to the top of the seat back along
with a trim peice.
then there is a cardboard panel that fits over the package tray
for a nice clean look, there is also a paire of fiberglass end caps
on both ends of the top seat back to finnish of the edges
