Has anybody done this swap or know where I could find some info? I've seen articles on 65-70's, but nothing on 71-73's.

There wont be much difference between 65-70 and 71-73's. I think you would find a aod swap more pleasing and a lot less labor intensive...

When I had my '73 Mach 1 I had real problems trying to fird a pedal set-up ans rest of the linkage...Seems a lot less '71 thru '73 cars had manual transmissions, so clutch set-up is hard to find, at a price you can afford....
