i have stripped all the paint of the bumper with a sanding wheel.what would i need to do to prepare the surface for paint.the bumper is resiliant opposed to steel anything special or different than painting steel

thanks any idea where i could get the flex primer is it in rattle can form.and where could i get the mix for the paint .
