I have been offered a replacement screen for my 72 Grande, the person bought it for their Fastback and has been told it doesnt fit and is for a Coupe/Grande

I wasnt aware there was a difference, is it true

appreciate any help so I dont end up buying a lemon, although the price is tempting

thanks

Can't say for sure, but I guess I don't know why there would be a difference between the screens for a coupe and a fastback. That would also mean that the cowls are different as well.

Mac

now I am confused :)

you say the screens are not different and then you say the windshields are different as well as door windows

probably my misunderstanding with language

I know

hood = bonnet
trunk = boot
fender = wing

what is the correct name for the front glass

windscreen or windshield?, and is the front glass for a 71-73 coupe different to a fastback

thanks

Hard to believe our languages are so different in many instances when we started out in the same place isn't it.
