I have them on my 68 with a 302 and power steering. They require a little tweaking.... or they made a bracked to lower the PS arm. I took a 2x4 and a BFG (Big Freaking Hammer) and made a nice squared indention in the header so they would clear. Be aware..... on my 68 which is wider then your 65, I hardley have any shock tower clearence. It would probably be worse for you....

i have them on my 66. You will need the drop for the ps bracket. Get a good gasket and they will be good to you. They are not show worthy but a great deal for the money and sound great to me. good luck.

Holley's Flowtech headers are pretty good quality. I sell them at Kragen, and we haven't had any complaints.

You'll have a very tight fit with PS and the header though, especially if its not of shorty variety!
