I have them on my 68 with a 302 and power steering. They require a little tweaking.... or they made a bracked to lower the PS arm. I took a 2x4 and a BFG (Big Freaking Hammer) and made a nice squared indention in the header so they would clear. Be aware..... on my 68 which is wider then your 65, I hardley have any shock tower clearence. It would probably be worse for you....
