Does anyone know how well a 93 fender mount cold air intake (MAC or BBK) will fit on a 67 ?

Not to be critical, but it wont work correctly if its not a fuel injected engine right?

to make it fit, you would have to fabricate an opening in the fender apron....

Check out www.fordmuscle.com. They did a test on cold air intakes. It did zip to improve performance. No reduction in ET, no increase in MPH.

There is a ram air setup that they found to add some power at speed.

Your right, I do have fuel injection. I don't mind putting the opening in the fender apron. Does the filter just hang out in the wheel well exposed to road debris, or should there be some kind of shield around it ?

I couldn't find the article on that web site. Could you steer me in the right direction on the web site. Does the ram air setup work for a vintage mustang with EFI ?
