Installed my A/C compressor on my 70 351C and noticed that the pulley is not in alignment with the other pulleys. Fixed idler, Adj Idler, and crank pulley all are inline. Clutch pulley is off about an 1/8 inch. Do I have the wrong clutch? Do they have different offset pulleys? Yes I am sure it is pulled on all the way.
Thanks

Mark - I have a similar problem on my Ranchero, Apparently there is a "fat" clutch and a "thin" clutch. You didn't say which way yours is off, but a different clutch may get you fixed up.

Classic Auto Air can likely assist you with this since they build several optional a/c mounts. I went through this when installing my 5.0L engine. The mount required some custom machine shop work to get it truly in alignment.
