While driving to a job site today, I saw a 66 coupe that appears to be for sale.

So, I dutifully go back the same way so I can take a closer look. Body was in terrific shape! Car was a 289 auto with dual exhaust, styled steel wheels, standard black interior, black exterior and no air. Only bad thing that I noticed was the dash had been hacked up for radio install, dashpad needed replacement and the carpets seemed damp (cowls/windshield?).

No one was home, so I couldn't find out asking price (if it was for sale). Of course I'd have to take a really big whooping from the boss, if I brought another toy home.....ah well, what to do, what to do....

Dang! Just when I got used to being "strange", I became a "newbie", then a "tire-kicker". Now I'm a "beginner"?.....hmmmmmm...where do I start?

Find out the price if it is for sale. This may help you make your decision.
