Could it? Possibly but from the pictures it looks pretty twisted from the right hood opening on down to the lip. This could be a pictures-only effect though. Sorry to see the damage, now I have to go read what happened!

Can you get us a clearer picture? A pic of the underside would also help...

The simple answer is that just about any body panel "could" be fixed, but the extent of the damage will determine how much the repar will cost you and whether it's worth the $$ to fix it. I've seen an incredibly damaged/rusted hood made as good as new by outstanding body work, but that fix would never have been done if a replacement had been available. Sorry to see the damage to your car.
