Unless your computer has a static IP and is setup to serve web pages, you'll have to upload it to an Internet server....tons of free hosting sites out there....you mentioned a couple...

If you need any help, there's a huge discussion about this going on over at AuctionWatch because they decided to impose fees on folks launching auctions and hosting pictures there... the boards are crammed full of how-to's if anyone needs that info...

It's not hard to do the pictures. First get registered at http://www.honesty.com. It's a free image hosting site. Download the pictures you want to post. After you download them click manage images. This will bring up a list of all images you have downloaded. There will be a thumbnail of each image to the side.
Click on the thumbnail and it will enlarge. When it does copy and paste the URL that appears in the header bar to word pad or note pad. (I always make up the complete add beforehand then copy and paste the whole thing to the Vintage post.) You must use these symbols before and after the URL with no spaces.
URL This makes your image appear in your post
[color:eek:range]you can do bold color scrip</font color=orange> Like this
or Italics Like my name below
[color:green]But Remember the boxed symbols have to be jam up against the beginning and ending words</font color=green>
These symbols are outlined in the FAQ on the Vintage board under, Can I use HTML in my posts? Click here for the FAQs http://forums.vintage-mustang.com/forums/faq_english.pl?Cat=#html Pretty Cool huh? When Bob changed the board we didn't know what a big step up he gave us. Hope this info helps [email protected]
