Welcome to VMF! Tell us a little more about your car. Did it originally have PS and someone converted it to manual? that would make it easier to put back. There are many options on steering, including aftermarket rack and pinion setups. On the A/C, Vintage Auto Air has its proponents. You could do a search and find lots on both topics, sometimes someone posted detailed answers and arent' around this time to answer again.
