I've got a tear on the driver's side seat(back rest is OK),the rest of the upholstery is in perfect shape also, what should i do?
NPD offers a one bucket seat set, they say the color matches perfect with OEM, but my concern is, will it match my 34 years old upholstery, should i try to locate a used one instead.(passenger side is the same, maybe i could get lucky)
Just don't want to end up replacing everything just because of one torn seat.
BTW my Boss as a standard med/green interior.

Thanks in advance guys

Hi Guy,
Check with
General Auto Glass & Upholstery (Ottawa) Inc
613-792-3794
826 Clyde Avenue,
Ottawa, ON K1Z 5A1
The guy that does upholstery there seems to work on a lot of classic cars. He may have an easy fix for you. Or at least some good advice :).

If it is a tear, you should be able to repair it.
It would depend on location on the seat, size, and how brittle the vinyl is.
In the Toronto area, we use Fibrenew or VinylCraft.
Fibrenew is a franchise so I would assume there would be one in your area.
Assuming you know someone at one of the Ford dealers in town, they should be able to get you a contact name for whoever they use.
Its worth a try anyway!
