Does anyone make aftermarket door sills? I put a new (repro) set of standard sills less than 2 years ago with my new carpet and they are splitting in the rear where the rear interior(metal) panels are. I would like something a bit stronger to put in now that I am redoing my carpet after my tranny swap.

the repos are pretty thin> I still have a few pr. of original Ford sills They are a lot thicker , A little more $ but The $30 repos self destruct like you found out. Ive been getting $100 pr. www,shelbyparts.com
