Ok, if adding a picture to your sig, how do you re-size it? My pic is on photopoint, and i re-sized it there, but it keeps coming up waaay to big here. Any suggestions?

I re-sized mine at photopoint and it took about 1 1/2 hours before it was smaller on this forum. Give it a couple of hours and see if it changes.

Thanks, I'll do that. What size is your picture?

I don't know the size. I just 1/2 sized the picture that I had. BTW, I know that a previous post said that it was "bad form" to have a picture in your signature, but I like having that little fingerprint on my posts and I enjoy seeing it on others. I guess to each his own.

Your car looks great, but someone takes pictures like my wife. She normally cuts the top off of people's heads, not the nose off of cars however.

It's fine to have it in your profile, you know

<----- over here

It just get's in the way of the reading when you stick it at the bottom. Note that the correct dimensions for profile pictures are 65x75 (I have typed this 10 times now /forums/images/icons/mad.gif)

It isn't the greatest picture, but until the snow goes, it will be it, I am sure I had that car centered in the lens, must have rolled why I was taking the picture...only other good picture I could find had my neighbors dog in the background doing something...

Here's a thread from the technical help forum that might clarify things for you...

I will post info on Tripods picture hosting as soon as I have it figured out and the links put together...

Ok...I'm heading over to AuctionWatch to see what's shaken out on that issue since the weekend...there's a furious search going on over there because AW is going to be charging for pix hosting after 3/13...

Those auction folks are some really bright bulbs....

You asked if we can see a picture on the left, and the answer is no...at least I can't. Can anyone else?

I agree in leaving the pictures in the left-most profile section instead of in
the post. That way users have the choice to not display profile pictures,
which is helpful for slow modem links. Putting pictures in your signature
just slows things down.
