Has anyone spoken to Open Tracker recently? I've been trying to get ahold of them for almost 2 weeks. Sent an email and called 4 times-nothing back so far. Just wondering if something happened or if he is on vacation or?

We are here. Our shop is out in the country and we don't have good service. I am current on my emails and phone calls, something's up.

Hey good to hear! I left 2 voicemails and called 2 other times with no answer so ya something isn't right!

We had emailed over the summer an you were always very prompt! I'll send you a test email right now!

Now THAT is rapid customer service. All too lacking in today's world, and all the much more appreciated when we have it right here.

I am thinking that any type of communications in Kalifornia right now might be suspect with the rolling blackouts.
