Gene, if worst comes to worst you can take it to a exhaust shop. They can burn them off and you can carry it back home in the bed. That would probably be the quickest to get the job done....
Usually to loosen bolts you can just use a cheapo propane setup (that uses the camp stove cylinder) from the hardware store. It will get them hot enough to break them loose but you won't be able to cut with it.
