I just bought this book about cobra jet and boss 69 cars and it centers around the Trans am race lots of neet paint scheams just courious if anyone has used any of there ideas. any pics?

I love your car nice set up I guess I had never seem to many on here. Very cool.

I'll bet it would have beenreal neet to grow up around that race

Thanks! Most people don't know what it is, and they say "Boy why you got so many gosh darn stickers on that car" I try to tell them about the trans am races, but they think i'm crazy calling my mustang a Trans Am Replica. lol

for what its worth....

I have been gathering bits and pieces for a near exact clone (at least appearance wise) of Parnelli Jones #15 1970 Trans Am Champion Boss 302. The hardest part so far is gathering the data to have all the various vintage decals remade. I have a perfect F-code 302 70 fastback along with a complete Boss drivetrain, minilite wheels, etc to complete the "look". Hopefully, construction will begin this winter and WON'T take as long to finish as Xtremestang has ......
