Wondering if anyone uses/recommends it.
Hoping it will be good for figuring out whats wrong with my emergency brake set-up, R&R during my resto, etc.

I wouldn't do a restoration without one, and I highly recommend the assembly manuals as well.

BUT, you can buy like-new condition reprints from any of the parts vendors. Not as cheap as this one, but who knows how ripped / stained this is?

That, VMF, and the mustang restoration guide are all you need to complete any restoration...
