Anyone know what a Holley C40FAE 2V carb came from

I have one of these. I was just wondering where it came from and if there are any advantages to using over my autolite 2100. They look pretty similar. I couldn't find it on Holley's site.

My books show the C4OF-AE as a Ford 2100 from a 64 260 AT Fairlane. Is this from the tag or on the air horn or base?
