AOD swap

Maybe there's a modification for your shifter or maybe you just can't hold manual low in the AOD with your stock shifter....

TV is throttle valve...kinda works the same way as a vacuum modulator...guess the cable hooks up to the carb and senses throttle position....

Great clarification....that makes sense, as I've known a number of guys who have retrofitted AOD's into their older Ford products but I never asked them how the shifter works...or the TV cable...

How's the hotrod inliner doin? I'd love to see some track numbers from you or John on these neat permutations...
Reminds me of the old E and F altereds at the track....
