I'm in the process of converting my 65 auto to a manual and along the way I had to remove the headers to get the C-4 out and install and set up the equalizer bar. Now I'm ready to put them back in but I noticed the flanges have cracks where the bolts go thorough... Am I okay to re-install and keep using them? The rest of the surface area looks pretty good and I'd hate to have to get new ones and deal with fitment issues. My current ones are pretty beat up but I know they fit.

Those are wire tracks from the EDM machine that cut the plate out of raw stock.
Nobody's going to use an EDM to cut sheet steel. That's laser or plasma territory. Going by the marks in the holes, I'd say plasma, or a very poorly set up laser.
