We got back to Tucson this late this afternoon after our little outing to the Pensacola show. As Midlife mentioned, the judging of my car was less than desirable. After two Gold awards at Grand Nationals, doing a lot of restoration on the undercarriage and elsewhere, the wonderful judges saw fit to award me a Bronze, which means I had to have lost at least 43 points. I wouldn't even take that many off, and I'm pretty hard on Murphy. After the shock and frustration wore off and my friends tried to cheer me up, we decided that Trouble is going to be set aside for awhile and we're going to focus on Murphy for the Grand National. Nothing against the Florida clubs or the show, which was great. The judges, however, were from Alabama. I've done a lot of judging and have been judged many times. These characters need some training. No, I didn't slug them, but I sure wanted to! *G*

I love it when a plan comes together!
