I did a post (that sounds disgusting) before going to work this morning. When I logged on 30 minutes ago there were something like 400 new posts , my post is lost forever!!

return to the system of new reply to the top please.
I thought that was one of the reasons to change to this new forum.

Personnaly I hate the option of latest reply to top.

It keeps me reading a post I've already read a zilion times, just because every five minutes someone else replies to it.

This way making totally new posts to which noone has replied disappear, though to me new posts are interesting. Once I've read a post I only wish to see it again if I'm interested in the replies that followed after reading the post. In that case I'd look it back up manually.

Most of the time however, I don't want to review a post I've seen already.

So, make it a user option to eiter view posts chronologically sorted by time of posting with the newest on top or latest reply on top.

I'm getting really sick of having to read posts over and over or to go through several index pages to find a new post. Just keep the new posts on top, no matter how often they are replied to or not.

We should vote on this!!

I agree with Aussie.....find that back to top is a much nicer way for the system to operate.

Hmmmm, Guess I am a little "strange" so the stranger thing might well fit...

I like the current way. If I want to track a post, I simply just bookmark it.
