Does anyone happen to have a picture of where the wire harness for the backup light switch (manual trans) w/rubber grommet comes through the floor pan? I have to cut a hole and it isn't obvious where (midlife said passenger side toward the rear of the shifter opening but it still isn't obvious). The puzzling part is that the grommet will stick "up" about 1/2 an inch.........I don't want a bulge in the carpet. Thanks!

On my 66, the hole is centered 2 3/8" back from the back edge of the tranny opening, and 1 1/8" from the passenger side opening (towards driver). Both measurements made from underside of the car. There appears to be a major dimple there where the pan drops down.
