I just purchased my first Mustang, a 67 fastback. The previous owner had the car painted and then it sat for 4 years in his garage undriven. Whats the best way to clear and clean the fuel system? Any other recommendations for a car that sat for 4 years would be appreciated also.

Search back, there are several discussions about what to do when restarting an engine.
I usually drain, remove and flush the gas tank to make sure I get all the gunk out of it.

I would also recommend replacing all the rubber hoses after draining the gas tank.

In addition to the last post I would...
Replace fuel filter
Thoughly clean and rebuild carb.
Remove and thoughly clean fuel pump. However a new one is a little over $20 so I'd just replace it.
The point here is to get all that bad gas out, even a little in the carb bowl will cause the car to not start.
