I may need a new battery. Anyone have any good/bad experiences. I am leaning towards a Motorcraft for obvious reasons. Anyone using a Motorcraft in their classic stang? The website I went to said to get a BXT-24F model. I wonder if this is a 'fits-all' or if it will look at home in my '67.

I'm using a Motorcraft..not sure what model it is..a 27F I think..I had to sand down the lips on the sides to get it to fit into the older style tray..but it sits down low.so you can't see where I altered it

i have had a Walmart 24F or 27F in mkycar for 2 yrs now and it is good. couple years ago a VMFer asked this and found out it is well rated by Consumers Report and it only cost $30. i have a Motorcraft in my '96 Ranger in Buffalo NY and it is still going. Ford wanted about $70 for replacement with 650 cranking amps which Walmart had also. Walmart warantee is replcemsnt for a year.
