Looking for a decent 1.08. Not sure the best place to look. eBay seems to have junk or rebuild services.

I have had good luck with Henry out in Portland Oregon area. He advertises on the Craigslist page in Portland. Pm me for his number if interested. He can custom make one, or has many options available.

Check out Ed's Carburetors on FB. He looks like he knows his stuff and has a few to buy. I talked with him about doing a rebuild but he said he also has a few to sell also.
Unless you are concours needy, why not go with Summits 4100 clone?

I purchased a non-rebuilt one from him 5 years ago. It was a good deal and has been in service since, no worn shafts or anything. He has sold to people everywhere including oversees, I just called him and told him what I wanted and paypal'd him the money. I'd buy from him again if I was looking. And as mentioned, he can completely rebuild them for you, but that gets expensive quick.

Yep. We worked together to build me a custom setup for my build. Very happy with his ethics and product. Def recommend.

I see them for sale time to time on Craigslist, eBay, swap meets, sometimes run across them on old cars in people's yards. Engine may be locked up but that carburetor is like finding gold in a graveyard.

Hello Dz01, I have a 4100 I would sell. It is a C6ZF B, 1.08 Venturi and a casting date of 6-65. It was rebuilt a few years back by Pony Carbs and has been sitting in a box on a shelf in the garage every since. Let me know if you are interested.

Pony Carb was the way to go! Really did great job on rebuilds. That looks like a nice 4100.
