is there enough arm clearance for me to put a floor jack under the door have someone steady it and then i can bang out the old pins.

once those fall out pull I was thinkin i can pull the door out 2 inches, slap out the bushings and replace it all with a new set.

or is it better to remove the hinges from the frame and take the whole door off. i hate to do that for aligment issues.

me looking for the easy way out on this one LOL

Remove the hinges one at a time, while supporting the door with a padded jack. You're gonna have to do some alignment no matter what you do.

welp I got the pins out w/o removing the hinges. took a little heat and a good few slaps but they popped right out. we got news ones back in with no aligment issues.
I had 2 floor jacks under there with a freind holding it all steady and it worked like a charm. took less then 30 minutes.

while i wa in there we cleaned up all the old dirt, grease and debris, looks like factory new once again and I dont have to hold up the door handle to close it any more :)
