Yesterday I saw something that catch my attention, two guys were talking about putting a 351 C on a 65. Is that possible??
Which is the biggest engine that could fit in a 65 without removing anything, without cutting the tower and something like that?

Without cutting the shock towers, your most bang for the buck will come from a heavily stroked and poked 351W. The Cleveland is just to tight a fit in the 65/66's to be a practical swap. It can be done and several forum members here have the wider Cleveland installed.
