I am restoring my 69 Mach 1 and am in the process of re painting the interior. I read in Mustang Monthly's Resto Roundup that the lower dash should be painted charcoal black metallic. My question is about the rest of the interior like the interior quarter panels and the posts from the windshield to the dash. Also the kick panels. If any knows I sure would appreciate clarification. Thanks Jim

Yes everything that is painted (not the kick panels of course) was dark Charcoal metallic. The only exception is the dash pad extensions were semi-gloss black and if the car is a non-floddown car the rear package tray is black not charcoal

Hope this helps

Also remember to shot the front edge of the dash area (where the vents are and behiond the kickpanels with black so that the body color does not show through
