I am putting my 1970 fastback back together after a 4 year restoration. The blower motor sticks through the fire wall and has a 2 wire plug on it. The wire goes thru the fire wall and on it is ground and there is a orange single plug wire that I marked fan switch. The interior harness connector has a 5 wire connector that plugs into the fan switch. where does this single plug orange wire from the blower motor plug into. Thanks for any help

Although there are some changes, the 70 is much like the 69. The blower motor plugs into the blower resistor box. A three wire plug (red, blue, black) goes to that and it connects to the heater switch. The resistor box gives you the three speeds. You didn't mention, but the diagram doesn't show any differences in this area of the wiring, whether its just a heater or has heat and a/c .
