Ok, can anyone decode the letters “LP” stamped on the body buck tag for a 69 MACH1 428 SCJ. Got them all figured out but this one. Some people say louver panel, but I’ve never heard of them from the factory on a 69 MACH1. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Hmm was doing from memory. It may be that LP is one of the undiscovered codes. There used to be a really good site (set in germany I think) that had this info but site is down.

I’m taking that back. I think your correct on what the LP means. I have a few Mustangs and got the AM radio confused with one of my other ones. Just checked the build sheet and For radio, It’s marked “S” in row 27 on the build sheet which shows AM/FM/ST. So my car should have the AM/FM Stereo radio. I have the factory door speakers also, so that confirms the AM//FM radio. Thanks very much for the help.
