I was idling at a stop light coming home from school and all of the sudden I hear three loud pops in rapid succession. I didnt think it was me, but then I saw all the blue smoke (oil) out of my exhaust. :puke: My engine has 160k miles and needs a valve job. I know it was a little over filled but not sure how much. What caused this? It now runs just as good as it did b4 and doesnt appear to be missing or backfiring. I plan to pull the plugs soon and check them out, but am too tired to do so now. Any ideas?

Thanks
