4 wheel drums - '65 using a '67 master - at "rest" the cylender is pushed in .25" or so - is the pushrod too long (its the one that came with the car) the brakes bled fine and prior to bleeding them the pedal bottomed out before it hit the floor....do I still need a different or adustible pushrod? how long is the stock one supposed to be? Thanks

Get a 67 rod, or an adjustable one.

Is the pushrod firmly snapped into the groove in the M/C piston?
