Anyone know if there is a rebuild kit available for a 65 power booster? I've been searching and can't find one, for that matter I can't find a power booster, does anyone make/rebuild these anymore. Can I convert it to a newer power booster, any suggestions.

Call NPD (800)874-7595. They will rebuild yours for $139.95. If you want a new one, they can also supply it for about $320 depending on if your car is drum-disc-manual trans or automatic trans. Rebuilt booster does not include master cylinder whereas new one does.
I checked with autozone last summer, and they could order a booster for my 66, and for a lot less than a mustang house. You might check with your local parts house first.
I got my 66 brake power booster rebuilt a year ago in East Los Angeles for $65. It took only a couple hours. Wouldn't hurt if you spoke spanish. I don't.
