Need a suggestion or two for removing bug slime from paint. It seams I've tried wd-40, bug remover, and all other kinds of other house hold chemicals but nothing gets it all. I'm open to any idea......

I use a sponge with the soft scrubby net around it and soapy water. If it's been there a while you could be out of luck as it can etch the paint...

I have heard some mention peanut butter as a possibility to remove gunk from paint without damaging the finish. Also, what about a wax or compound, perhaps buffing.

I usually wax the nose of my cars when I wash them and only wax the whole car on occasion. This allows much of the bug stuff to not penetrate the finish and simply hose off after a long trip. It is a good idea to never let bug spatter stay on your paint any longer than you really have to.
