I think that's cool, no holes, you just use brackets that slip under the bumper bolts it looks like. Easy enough to take on/off and you can have a rally car look!
The fender mounted mirrors look better on 60's British sports cars.

I've always felt this was the proper car for fender mounted mirrors.

Reading about fog lights reminds me of my "fog lights" accessory I had in the early 80s on my mustang. Houston gets VERY foggy. Gemco (for those Houstonians, it was the the southwest corner of 1960 and 45) sold plastic lens filters that you pushed over the headlight. They were hot safety yellow, so that my headlights spread yellow light instead of white. Probably illegal nowadays.

I had rectangular Sylvania driving lights mounted under my bumper a couple decades ago.

Of all the driving/fog lights available back in the 60's, 70's & 80's Lucas (The Prince of Darkness) were the worst. Anybody who had a Brittish car back then knew to run away from Lucas electrics. The good ones were Bosch, Cibie or Marchal. The preferred mounting was under the bumper, not blocking air flow into the radiator. Been there, done that a few times.

I notice the Quebec license plate on the car in the ad.
