C4 rebuild cost?

I have a quote from a transmission shop of $395 plus parts to rebuild my C4. This shop is highly recommended by a local Mustang guru. Does that sound like its in the ballpark of a reasonable cost?

From the price, I am assuming that you are bringing in the tranny. This seems reasonable for my area. If they are R&R the tranny and rebuilding it for that........get in there quick before they change their mind.
