Check out www.geocities.com/2bav8/t5data.html to see the data on various T-5 Transmissions. If you have stock (2.80) rear end gears, the units with 3.35 first gear will give you some good off the line accelleration. If you have the $, getting a new T-5z transmission (2.95 first gear) will be stronger and save you some headaches from dealing with a used unit.

The cost for this conversion will likely be between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on what you get used and what you can fabricate yourself.

This is a great conversion. I saw my gas mpg go from 13 to 19 on the highway.
