Looking through some heads I have and came across these and I can't find my book for reference.
C8AE-H with a vin or 9R113225 stamped on them
Are they really 428CJ heads?

Standard 1968 390 or 390 GT heads. GT heads have 14 exhaust manifold bolt holes, standard 390 has 8.

428CJ heads have 16 manifold bolt holes.

I had some that were Mercury heads with tall ports. They are deep breathers and are great for build ups.
