I've been debating what to install in the 66 Fastback for some time now, and had collected a number of 351W blocks (1969, 1973, etc, etc.) always thinking of going with the Windsor or a Windsor stroker. Now that I have collected four of them (plus a 4V Cleveland and a 65 289), I have changed my mind and intend to go with the smaller 289/302 type block in the form of a built 5.0L crate motor. This decision had to do with weight, size, and header selection. I have been seriously considering two engine providers, Central Coast Mustang and Xtreme Engines. Of course, living in Maryland, I'll end up buying from a West coast builder and pay about $300 shipping!
